Location: Choice Health Centre – Fall River, NS – 890 Fall River Rd.
Compensation and Benefits:
– Receive an established caseload
– Employee Split-Fee Position
– Income Potential (20-25 visits/week) $52,000 – $72,000
– Benefits Package $6,500-$8,000
– Total Compensation $58,500-$80,000
– Guaranteed minimum salary as you settle in and establish your caseload.

You will have the advantage of receiving in-house referrals and guaranteed patients as you work alongside massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths, naturopaths, occupational therapists and other practitioners.

What You Will Do
Responsibilities
– Assess and treat clients following massage therapy principles.
– Assess clients using a holistic approach to health, with an appreciation for the strengths of other healthcare professionals and how they can support your own practice and clients.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals using the Choice Health Centre collaborative care model.
– Create and implement client treatment plans.
– Maintain client records of sessions and plans.
– Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment.
– Participate in community events.
What You Need
Qualifications
– New graduates are encouraged to apply!
– Active registration with MTANS and/or MTWPAM.
– Graduate of a Massage Therapy diploma program.
– Experience or education in treating clients in an outpatient setting.
– An appreciation for a holistic approach to health care that emphasizes whole-person care and embraces a team approach to helping our clients, practitioners, and ourselves.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals using the Choice Health Care Centre collaborative care model.
– A commitment to ongoing professional development.
