Malik is passionate about “leading with the voice of the patient”. He takes into consideration individual patient needs and combines those with the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years to create an exercise program tailored to each person he works with.
Malik holds a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and certification in the Barbell Rehab Method. Malik brings over 4 years of clinical experience working with patients of varying conditions and injuries. In addition to his clinical experience, Malik has also worked with sports teams and various events as the on field trainer.
Malik is Egyptian but was born and raised in Qatar. Malik moved to Canada in 2017. In his free time he is passionate about personal growth through reading, exercising, and spending time with friends. He also enjoys getting fresh air through short walks near home.
