
Fiona’s professional passion is rooted in a genuine desire to help others, utilizing manual therapies to promote well-being and address individual patient goals. She employs a therapeutic approach that integrates fascial treatment with general Swedish massage techniques. Central to her practice is a commitment to actively listening to each patient’s specific needs and concerns, ensuring a collaborative, personalized and responsive treatment experience.
Fiona is a recent and distinguished graduate of the Canadian College of Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy, having achieved honour roll status upon completion of her studies. She is currently a member in good standing with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia, adhering to the high standards and ethical guidelines of the profession. Throughout her education, she actively participated in community outreach programs facilitated by the school as well as a professional massage therapy internship. Through her participation in these programs Fiona gained valuable hands-on experience treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.
Beyond her therapeutic practice, Fiona leads a multifaceted life. As a part-time flight attendant, she cultivates her love for travel, exploration and culture. She is also a devoted animal lover, has a deep appreciation for art, enjoys the creative pursuit of hand knitting and is a life long learner.
