Victoria Legge

(Registered Massage Therapist & Osteopath Student)

Meet Victoria, a Newfoundlander who has been residing in Halifax for the past 12 years. She graduated with honors earning an academic achievement award from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Halifax, NS. Victoria’s time at the college was so rewarding that she decided to return as faculty, where she now supervises student clinics for invisible illness and arthritis, while also assisting in technique and assessment courses.

Continuing her pursuit of knowledge, Victoria is currently in her fourth year of osteopathy studies at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She embraces a holistic approach to care, viewing each patient through a trauma-informed lens and recognizing the impact of emotional injuries on the body, just like physical ones.

Throughout her career, Victoria has primarily worked with patients suffering from chronic pain, athletes, individuals undergoing pre and post-surgical care, and the general public. She has a special interest in treating TMJ dysfunction.

Victoria offers a wide range of techniques to achieve optimal results for her clients, including fascial work, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, cranial sacral therapy, and muscle energy techniques. Her background in science and engineering allows her to approach her work like solving puzzles, always seeking the best solutions for her clients’ well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Victoria finds joy in spending time at lakes or beaches, hiking, gardening, and indulging in reading. She’s an avid traveler, forever planning her next adventure, and makes sure to visit her hometown to cherish moments with her niece and nephew.
