Dr. Tierney is passionate about supporting athletes of all levels, whether someone is just starting out, training for personal goals, or competing at the elite level. She approaches athletic performance as a health condition, recognizing that peak performance relies on optimal physiological function. Her practice focuses on the whole person, addressing digestive health, immunity, sleep, chronic pain, and recovery, while also helping athletes level up their game through improvements in strength, endurance, or body composition. She has a particular focus on concussion management, working to help athletes return to play safely and efficiently. Drawing on her own experience as an elite athlete, Dr. Tierney understands the dedication it takes to perform at the top level and is committed to providing a care team that matches that same intensity and commitment to each athlete’s health and performance.
