Kira Sernoskie, RMT Halifax Clinic
Kira spent most of her childhood dancing and playing a variety of sports such as soccer, gymnastics, aerial acrobatics and curling. She spent her early career as a lifeguard for the military and a waterfront director at an overnight summer camp in Algonquin Park, Ontario.
With an ever-increasing interest in the health & well being of others, she eventually found her way into Massage Therapy. Kira effectively treats a variety of injuries and medical conditions in a safe and therapeutic manner, tailored to each individual.
Kira has a deep interest in the study of headaches and how massage can improve the quality of life for those who suffer chronic headaches. Kira spends most of her down time exploring Halifax with her husband, young son and dog.
